Fill in the "Server," "User ID" (don't forget the "@mycrib.com" (substituting your own domain name, of course…). You probably want it to remember your User ID, Password ??? (I do at home, at work I put it in each time…)
That's everything you need to get your mail; if you've already got a way to send it, you can stop here.
Otherwise…
Do the "Account:" "New" thing again; pick "SMTP Send Mail"
…name it…
…and fill in the information. Don't forget the "@mycrib.com;" and if your domain host requires authentication for SMTP, fill in the correct information for that, too.
